Since 1967, PHILLIPS Programs has served youth and their families with research-based special education. Our day schools enroll students residing in the Washington, D.C. region, including nearby Maryland and Virginia, and focus on a strengths-based educational philosophy. In addition to following an approved academic curriculum for elementary and secondary education, our schools also provide behavioral counseling, speech-language services, occupational and physical therapy, and transition services for employment and community integration.
